Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to expand the dealer network and drive regional growth. You will manage, develop, and recruit dealers, following our sales and development methodology with full training provided.

The role requires in-home sales experience in home improvement products, strong communication, and the ability to work from a home office. Overnight travel is a must, with travel expenses covered by the company, including hotels and

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement building products (windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.)
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently from a home office
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.)
