Job summary

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to expand dealer networks and drive growth across the region. You will manage, develop, and recruit new dealers, training them on our sales methodology and supporting their local profitability.

You will live in the Midwest, manage dealer relationships, and travel as needed (all travel paid). The role emphasizes self-management and strong communication to build a robust Midwest channel.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products.
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest.
• B to B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.)
