Job summary

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to expand our dealer network. You will manage, recruit, and support individual dealers and help their local dealerships prosper, with full training provided.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in-home sales of home improvement products, lives in the Midwest, and can work independently from a home office. Overnight travel is required, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in-home sales experience with home improvement products.
• Must live in the Midwest territory.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid and clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required; travel expenses are covered.
