Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to grow our dealer network. You will manage, develop, and recruit new dealers across the Midwest, learning our sales methodology through full training and mentoring individual dealers to prosper.

The role requires 3–5 years of in-home B2B sales in home improvement products, the ability to work from a home office, strong communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products.
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.).
