Job summary

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to manage and grow a dealer network from a home office with extensive travel. You will learn our sales methodology and take full ownership of regional dealers to drive prosperity and market presence.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of in-home B2B sales in home improvement products, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel nationwide within the Midwest region is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products.
• Must live in the Midwest territory.
• Driver's license required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.).
