Bath Concepts Industries, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to grow and recruit dealers across the Midwest territory. You will learn our sales and business development methodology, receive full training, and manage individual dealers to help their local dealerships prosper.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of in-home sales in home improvement products, reside in the Midwest, and be able to work independently from a home office with strong communication skills;

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products (windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.).
• Must reside in the Midwest territory.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required (full travel paid incl. hotels, meals, car mileage).
