Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in channel sales, strong forecasting and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel 40–50%.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Printing device/Office Products with Copier Dealers.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage sales pipeline.
• Strong financial skills including P&L and balance sheets.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to meet revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Review territory KPIs and financial performance.
• Manage monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days.
• Update CRM reports and partner activity.
• Identify market opportunities and expand partner coverage.
• Build relationships with key partner contacts.
• Lead trainings for partners and ensure certification.
• Coordinate marketing and demand generation activities.
• Communicate product launches and pricing changes to partners.
