Job summary

Schneider Electric's ASCO Power Technologies unit is seeking an Area Channel Manager to develop and execute distributor strategies across the Midwest and drive revenue growth, market share, and channel capability.

You will partner with distributors, sales teams and internal stakeholders to create joint business plans, provide training, bid support and project execution while traveling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of sales, business development, channel management, or account management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute Schneider Electric's channel strategy within the assigned geography.
• Develop and implement joint business plans with distributor partners to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies for existing and prospective distributors.
• Partner with distributors to align sales initiatives, inventory planning, and promotions with business objectives.
• Provide bid quotation support and post-order assistance; deliver training to strengthen distributor capabilities.
