Job summary

The candidate will report to NAM Field Device Sales Director and collaborate with local sales and business development teams, traveling up to 50% within the western states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Channel Management within Process Automation Instrumentation.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong account management in industrial automation and instrumentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative-taking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key Channel Partners to drive mutual profitability.
• Create growth-oriented business plans with Channel Partners and establish KPIs.
• Lead tactical execution of channel plans, promotions, and training programs.
• Coordinate partner competency development and program execution.
• Provide regular account updates to sales leadership using CRM tools.
