Job summary

Schneider Electric invites a West District Channel Manager to drive channel relationships and growth for Field Device products across CO, UT, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WY, ID, MT and WA. You will develop business plans with Channel Partners, execute sales enablement, training, and promotions, and report to the NAM Field Device Sales Director.

You will travel up to 50% within the Western US, collaborate with local sales and business development teams, and lead regional channel strategies to improve market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Channel Management within Process Automation Instrumentation.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong account management in industrial automation and instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge and experience with pressure, valves, sensors, flowmeters, wireless instruments and level.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative-taking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key Channel Partners to drive profitable partnerships.
• Create growth-oriented business plans with Channel Partners for new and existing accounts.
• Lead the tactical execution of partner programs and trainings.
• Coordinate partner competency development and program execution.
• Drive channel strategies to grow Field Device market share regionally.
• Provide regular updates to Local Sales and Business Development with CRM insights.
• Disseminate training and campaign programs to keep partners up-to-date.
