Bath Concepts Industries, LLC seeks a Business Development Manager for the Midwest to expand and manage the dealer network. You will recruit new dealers, cultivate relationships, and drive growth across the Midwest territory, learning our sales methodology with full training provided.

The role requires 3–5 years of in-home sales in home improvement products, strong communication skills, and the ability to work from a home office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-home sales experience with home improvement products (windows, siding, etc).
• Must reside in the Midwest territory.
• B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Valid driving record and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help их local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Overnight travel is required; travel expenses are covered.
