Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Illinois Metro region to drive sales of LG appliances to builders, developers, distributors, and contractors. You will execute the sales plan, identify opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while managing complex accounts and coordinating across internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales, with Builder industry experience, and a GED (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales.
• Experience in the Builder industry.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote LG appliances to builders, developers, and distributors in the Midwest.
• Execute and deliver sales and margin operating plan goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships through solution selling and issue resolution.
• Manage B2B, build-to-order, and project-based sales opportunities.
• Lead territory/account plans and forecast accuracy using CRM tools.
• Negotiate pricing balancing profitability, competitiveness and customer needs.
