Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting Guests. You will ensure smooth operation of midway attractions, greet Guests warmly, and contribute to a fun, energetic environment.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment, loading tickets, stocking areas, and supporting team members across shifts. Must be 18+, able to lift 30 pounds, and willing to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure ticket storage areas.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with requests.
• Assist with general store maintenance and housekeeping in Midway areas.
• Provide friendly service and maintain safety and efficiency.
