Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain games, simulators and equipment while delivering great guest service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help guests, stock merchandise, and keep midway areas clean and safe, with flexible schedules to fit school or other jobs.

We offer a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and free games. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to work days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly demeanor and good communication with guests.
• Willing to work days, nights and weekends.
• Technical or electrical skills preferred.
• Ability to repair and maintain amusements equipment

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games.
• Assist guests by answering questions and providing guidance.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games.
• Keep midway areas clean, organized and safe.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise as needed.
