Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Gaming Support Tech (Midway Tech) to repair and maintain our games, simulators, and equipment while delivering outstanding guest service. You will assist Guests, ensure player conditions, and keep the Midway neat and functional.

Roles require friendly interaction, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Prior technical or electrical skills are helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Clear communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of amusements equipment and game systems.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the Midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games with secure storage.
• Restock, display and secure merchandise in storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and tech room.
