Job summary

Dave & Buster's in the United States is seeking Gaming Support Techs (Midway Techs) to repair and maintain arcade games, simulators, and technical equipment while ensuring a stellar guest experience. You will interact with Guests and Team Members, and support daily operations in a fast-paced Midway environment.

Responsibilities include servicing games, loading tickets, stocking merchandise, and keeping the area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assists Guests by repairing and maintaining equipment and answering questions.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and assists with requests.
• Loads and refills tickets in redemption games with attention to security.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Midway area.
