This is a pure outbound, appointment-setting role targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers at large companies, with a long ramp and commission on personal deals. The position is fully in-office in Midtown Manhattan, with base salary of $60,000–$70,000 and 1% commission on gross profit.

Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience required.
• Phone-first selling approach; outbound outreach only.
• Open to candidates early in their sales career with strong activity.
• Track record of getting in front of senior/C-suite stakeholders is a plus, not required.

Aufgaben

• Run a high-volume outbound phone motion with 150+ dials per day to book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders at large companies.
• Collaborate with a newly hired inside sales manager to build the outbound playbook from scratch; no existing local process yet.
• Manage and prioritize your own pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.
• Hit weekly/monthly booked-meeting targets.
