Qualifications

• Experience in call centers, healthcare, or human services is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and trauma-informed care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for callers seeking behavioral health/primary care services.
• Screen calls using scripts and tools to identify urgency and next steps.
• Provide accurate information and route calls appropriately.
• Escalate urgent or crisis calls following protocols; perform warm handoffs when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and document interactions for care and billing.
