Job summary

Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc. is seeking a licensed Telebehavioral Health Clinician in Ashland, KY to assess, intervene briefly, and coordinate care for children, adolescents, and families referred through primary care, EMS, schools, and hospital partners.

You will collaborate with the Behavioral Health Care Manager and psychiatric consultant within the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) team, linking clients to appropriate levels of care and providing crisis risk review and short-term treatment as

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in a clinical field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent licensure required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Complete telebehavioral and in-person assessments including diagnostic evaluation and risk assessment.
• Provide brief, evidence-based interventions such as CBT and motivational interviewing.
• Develop safety plans and person-centered treatment plans with youth and families.
• Respond to urgent referrals the same day when indicated and coordinate crisis referrals within specified timeframes.
• Link clients to outpatient therapy and supports through warm handoffs.
• Contribute data for grant reporting and participate in CQI reviews.
