Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clinical and technical skills demonstrated as part of performance expectations (40% weight).
• Handle inquiry calls, schedule assessments, and document thoroughly.
• Identify crisis, activate EMS when needed, and ensure patient safety.
• Document admissions processes and enter data into the system with complete and accurate information.
• Coordinate with physicians for treatment disposition and referral to community resources as appropriate.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and proper documentation for admissions and assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional interactions with patients and families.
• Demonstrate understanding of admission criteria for various levels of care.
