Universal Health Services (UHS) in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time receptionist for the 8am–4pm shift. You will answer and direct calls, sign in visitors, and coordinate with the Assessment team to manage paperwork efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years prior receptionist experience preferred.
• General office and phone skills; strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Records and routes telephone and in-person messages promptly.
• Signs in/outs visitors and patients; coordinates with Assessment for paperwork.
• Follows safety and compliance procedures and emergency codes.
