Job summary

SLB is seeking a Project Manager in Midland, TX to drive operational improvements and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing processes, tools, metrics, and technology to optimize performance and efficiency across the organization.

You will work closely with management and operations teams on special projects, build strong internal relationships, and lead transition activities between planning and operations groups while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a project support or planning environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with management resources to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• Support development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology that drive operations.
• Build relationships across the organization to define new operational strategies and assist management on special projects.
• Manage project transition activities from planning groups to operations.
