Job summary

SLB in Midland, Texas, seeks a Resource Manager to ensure availability of equipment, inventory, and services that support safe and efficient operations across the Basin. You will lead integrated planning, balance demand with capacity, and partner with Operations and Commercial leaders.

The role requires strong leadership, deep oil and gas experience, and hands-on use of SAP, MRP, IBP. You will drive cost optimization, inventory policies, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
5+ years of leadership experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Resource Management, or Field Operations.
Experience with SAP, MRP, IBP, or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated planning across workforce, assets, inventory, and logistics.
Develop short term, tactical, and long term resource strategies to support operational growth.
Ensure execution teams have the personnel, equipment, and materials required to deliver customer commitments.
Drive cost optimization and profitability through resource utilization and cost management.
Participate in operational reviews and strategic business planning exercises.
