Job summary

SLB is seeking a WS Field Specialist - WIT in the Midland, TX area to maintain safe, efficient service delivery and manage risk during operations.

The role requires 5+ years in cementing operations, field supervision of crews, strong communication and safety focus, and willingness to work outdoors. Rotation is 15 days on, 6 off; Midland/Odessa candidates are preferred; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cementing operations as a Cementing Supervisor, Field Specialist, or Field Engineer.
• Rotation: 15 days On x 6 days Off.
• Proven experience leading and supervising field crews of 3 to 4 personnel in a safe and efficient manner.
• Strong knowledge of cementing services and field operations within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and occasional cold temperatures.
• Experience rigging up and handling treating iron and other cementing equipment.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred.
• Candidates based in the Midland/Odessa area are preferred; however, candidates located elsewhere in the U.S. willing to work a rotational schedule are encouraged to apply.
• Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
