Qualifications

• Works under minimal supervision while delivering project activities within established timelines.
• 1 years of experience working in a project support or planning environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to foster relationships and communicate at all organizational levels.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementations with business systems and IT teams.
• Excellent teamwork and the ability to influence others and establish trust.
• Professional, energetic, and able to drive action.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with management resources to improve processes and coordinate procedures for optimized efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology.
• Build relationships with all employees to improve responsiveness into operations and help define new strategies.
• Manage project transition activities between planning and operations groups.
• Work with management on special projects to drive performance improvements.
