Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong preference for 2+ years in Oil & Gas Artificial Lift-related experience (ESP experience a plus).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with management resources to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• Support development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology to drive operations.
• Build relationships with employees to increase efficiency and responsiveness, and help define new operational strategies with management.
• Effectively manage project transition activities between planning and operations groups.
