Responsibilities

• Champions health, safety, environmental and service policies.
• Responsible for value creation and profitability of assigned area.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in excellent working condition.
• Represent Estis to customers providing technical/operational expertise.
• Deploys equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites efficiently.
• Delivers Preventive Maintenance and Call Out/Repair within geographic area.
• Leads communication of company practices and coordinates deployment to optimize utilization.
• Measures team performance and develops improvement plans.
• Communicates job-specific information to Field Service Technicians and managers.
• Manages budget and operational standards, participates in reviews.
