Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead after-school programs across Southern California. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and foster a safe, engaging environment that promotes academic and personal growth for youth.

You'll manage relationships with school partners, provide staff development, and ensure program quality while handling scheduling, records, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Strong communication with kids, parents, school admin and teachers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and common operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Act as primary point of contact for school administration and build partnerships.
• Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor attendance and engagement, address concerns with parents and school staff.
