Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an experienced MIDAS Care Management Application Support Analyst (L2) for our Frisco, Texas team. You will provide production support, configuration, and optimization of the MIDAS platform across Case Management, Utilization, and Quality workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for MIDAS Care Management modules and resolve user incidents.
• Configure, test, upgrade, patch and enhance MIDAS workflows and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and deployment.
• Support Case Management, Care Coordination, and Utilization Management workflows.
• Monitor LOS, Care Coordination, Authorization Management, and Medical Necessity reviews.
