Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience at NOC engineer.
• Wireless experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
• Work hands-on with OSS, NMS, and BSS platforms.
• Configure and support switches, routers, CPE, and other network hardware.

Skills

Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Ability to stay organized

Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, IP addressing

Exposure to wired and wireless networking

Quality-driven performance

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or equivalent NOC or network experience

JNCIA, CCNA, or equivalent network experience
