All Native Group is seeking a Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC) to ensure reliable network performance for business needs. The role involves monitoring systems, triaging tickets for voice, data and Wi-Fi, and coordinating with appropriate teams for resolution.

The NOC Engineer will verify port security, activate ports, and monitor third-party portals such as Avaya and AT&T. Candidates should have CompTIA A+/Network+ and CCNA, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ credentials.
• Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring and ticket triage is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor performance of computer systems using diversified tools.
• Triages voice, data and Wi-Fi tickets and assigns to groups.
• Configure ports and verify port security.
• Monitor networks via Neuralstar, LiveNX and third-party portals.
• Escalate outages and document resolutions.
