Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of computer systems using diversified tools.
• Triages voice, data and Wi-Fi tickets and assigns to groups.
• Configure ports and verify port security.
• Monitor networks via Neuralstar, LiveNX and third-party portals.
• Escalate outages and document resolutions.
