Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL/SLA principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand customer relationships through quality service.
• Provide technical firewall, server, and networking recommendations.
• Monitor incident request systems and take ownership of L3+ requests.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting

Expert knowledge of OS troubleshooting in Windows environment

Expert knowledge of networking principals (IP addressing, subnets, routing, switching)
