True Zero Technologies is seeking a Network Operations Center Engineer to monitor, maintain, and support our network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance and operational continuity.

You will work with real-time monitoring tools, investigate incidents, document resolutions, and collaborate with IT staff to improve network resilience. A Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications help, with hands-on NOC experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network management tools and platforms like Cisco, Juniper, SolarWinds.
• Ability to monitor, interpret alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and support response.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• CCNA/CCNP or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• ITIL knowledge is preferred.
• Prior NOC experience is preferred.
• Interim DoD Secret or comparable clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure in real time to ensure availability and performance.
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot network issues, outages, alerts, and degradations.
• Use network management tools to detect problems, assess impact, and support resolution.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams when required.
• Perform routine network maintenance per procedures.
• Support the implementation of approved changes with proper documentation.
• Document incidents, changes, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain operational records for reporting and trend analysis.
• Communicate status and resolutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT staff to improve performance, availability, and resilience.
• Support network improvement strategies and risk mitigation.
• Follow change management and escalation procedures.
