Accenture is seeking a Sales and Delivery Lead for Mid-Market Talent and Organizational Performance. The role oversees delivery across multiple programs, working with Sales and Solution teams to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading delivery for transformation programs (onshore/offshore).
• Strong governance, risk management, and program planning experience.
• Experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Manage delivery governance, risk, planning, and escalations.
• Drive standardization and reuse of assets to accelerate delivery.
• Coach teams and collaborate with HR/leadership on capability building.
• Support and lead bid Orals and client discussions on delivery strategy.
