Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Mid-market team in the United States and seeks a seasoned Delivery Lead to oversee multi-program delivery, drive standardization, and accelerate value realization for client engagements. You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and bid teams to shape proposals and ensure successful outcomes across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading delivery for large-scale transformation programs (or multiple concurrent programs).
• Strong delivery governance, risk management, and program planning experience.
• Experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams onshore and offshore.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; technical background in native SaaS Talent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs or engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Manage planning, delivery governance, escalations, and delivery risk across programs.
• Ensure consistent delivery standards, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and grow talent by coaching teams and partnering with HR/leadership on capability building.
• Support proposal development by contributing delivery approach, governance, staffing logic, and implementation plan.
• Lead orals and client discussions to present delivery strategy and execution confidence.
