Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to steer large-scale implementations across industries in the US. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, manage plans, risks, and budgets, and ensure value delivery for client programs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, drive Agile/Lean practices, and leverage Accenture tools like SynOps and myWizard to optimize outcomes. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in claims and premium billing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in implementation, claims configuration, project management, or consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Accenture’s solutions for clients, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and execute project plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business domains to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on implementation best practices.
• Leverage Accenture’s tools such as SynOps, myWizard, and AI-driven platforms for intelligent operations and automation.
• Drive process transformation initiatives using Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams for post-implementation success.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security best practices (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO, SOC 2) for industry implementations.
