Accenture is seeking a seasoned Sales and Delivery Lead for Mid-Market Talent to oversee delivery across multiple programs, partner with Sales and Solution teams, and drive standardization of delivery assets. You will support bid responses and Orals, while coaching teams and maintaining delivery excellence.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in multi-program delivery, governance, and large-scale transformations, with a proven track record in accelerating value for mid-market clients

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading delivery for transformation programs, with multi-functional stakeholder management.
• 8+ years delivering governance, risk management, and program planning.
• 8+ years supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise settings.
• 8+ years leading teams; proven improvement of delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery execution across multiple programs, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Solution teams to build reusable assets and accelerate value.
• Contribute to proposal development and lead client Orals for complex pursuits.
• Lead oral sessions and coordinate Q&A with SMEs for consistent messaging.
