Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer to own the technical win. You will partner with Account Executives to drive the full technical sales motion from discovery and architectural solutioning to tailored product demonstrations and rigorous technical validation.

You will build and nurture relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists, guiding customers through complex multi-stakeholder buying committees and negotiating enterprise deals.

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
Ability to lead technical discovery and solution design for multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and data architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and understand customer data architecture and marketing workflows.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions.
Run end-to-end PoCs, scoping, designing, executing, and validating to close complex deals.
Build deep technical relationships with data engineers and marketing technologists.
Navigate buying committees and engage C-suite executives with technical guidance.
Advise customers on AI workflows, data activation, and agentic products; collaborate with Product/Engineering.
