Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and own the technical win across complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. You will design tailored product demonstrations, run end‑to‑end PoCs, and guide customers through data activation and AI workflows.

You will build trusted technical relationships with data engineers and marketing leaders, translate architecture into differentiated requirements, and help shape go‑to‑market strategies for emerging AI

Qualifications

• 2+ years in progressive pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and solution design with technical and business audiences.
• Deep familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including data warehouses and APIs.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and influencing decisions.
• Knowledge of value-selling frameworks (MEDDPICC, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate requirements into a compelling solution.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectures.
• Run end-to-end PoCs and validate with customers to close enterprise deals.
• Build relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
• Navigate buying committees, engaging with technical teams and executives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape AI and agentic product go-to-market.
