Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Executive in Tampa to drive new business for its HCM and time & attendance cloud solutions. You will build relationships, own the sales cycle, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients in a consultative manner.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales, a hunter mindset, and experience in HCM sales within a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4+ years' experience in consultative, quota carrying software sales (SaaS preferred).
• Hunter mentality adept at creating and closing net new business.
• HCM sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements and a geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Profile prospective clients and key contact points and cultivate new client relationships.
• Hunt and close aggressively while owning the sales cycle.
• Develop understanding of clients' key business drivers.
• Create high impact presentations highlighting value to clients.
• Negotiate sound financial agreements and manage a sales funnel to exceed quota.
• Track sales activity in Salesforce and report to management.
