Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue in the enterprise market by selling Payroll Tax Management solutions.

You will develop and execute a strategic plan, network with senior executives, and collaborate with existing clients to expand the business across our HCM platform. You will lead discovery calls, deliver compelling pitches, and build strong relationships while exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 5+ years successful experience in consultative software sales with named accounts.
• Experience selling Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quota.
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
• Proactive, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline.
• Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers and executives.
• Presenting the value of a partnership beyond product features during all sales phases.
• Understanding prospect’s business needs and market challenges.
• Negotiating sound financial agreements that are win-win for Asure and clients.
• Conducting high-level product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure.
