Job summary

AlertMedia, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive revenue across a large US territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle, originate leads, conduct product demos, and collaborate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Marketing to exceed quotas. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of SaaS sales, strong relationship-building, negotiation, and the ability to navigate multi-threaded cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience.
• People-first, process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Experience handling multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Ability to influence senior-level and C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day activities for a large geographic territory.
• Meet with Sales Manager to review forecast, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success and hit team goals.
• Meet with customers to drive sales growth and conduct product demos.
• Execute the AlertMedia sales methodology with customer focus.
• Learn and demonstrate the platform to new users.
