Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a Customer Account Executive, Mid-Market to own a large U.S. territory, build strong relationships with customers, and drive full-cycle sales of our Risk Intelligence platform.

You will originate leads, manage opportunities, close deals, and partner with customers to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager, Customer Success, Renewals, and Product Marketing to forecast, review pipeline, and exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' SaaS sales experience.
• Ability to travel within your territory.
• Proven success in closing expansion opportunities.
• Experience managing opportunities with complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day activities of a large geographic territory.
• Review forecast, pipeline, opportunities with sales manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success.
• Meet with customers to drive growth, product demos and renewals.
• Execute the AlertMedia sales methodology with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrate the platform to new users.
