Paychex Deutschland GmbH invites a results-driven sales professional to join its Mid-Market Sales team in the United States market. You’ll partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees) to strengthen people operations using Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.

This consultative role emphasizes outbound activity, prospecting, and trusted advisory discussions with business owners to solve real workforce challenges and drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B Sales
• 2+ years HCM experience preferred
• CRM software experience required
• Cold calling experience required
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within territory
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Manage high-velocity sales process for 1–2 call closes
• Own the full sales process from discovery to closing
