Paychex Deutschland GmbH in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales professional to drive new business with small and mid-size businesses. You will prospect, present Paychex Flex and HR services, and guide customers through a full sales cycle from discovery to closing.

The role emphasizes outbound activity, relationship-building with owners and decision-makers, and achieving quota in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• CRM software experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline: calls, outreach, networking, partnerships, follow-ups.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high velocity sales process with small and mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes).
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
