Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales professional to win new logos among growing businesses (20–99 employees). You will sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services, driving outbound activity and managing the full sales process from discovery to closing.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in B2B sales, 2+ years in HCM, and a proven prospecting mindset. A valid driver's license and CRM experience are required to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and Salesforce is a plus.
• Cold calling experience and a strong prospecting mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline and reach targets.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high velocity sales process with small and mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes).
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
