Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mid Market Sales Representatives as a dedicated HR Services seller.
• Lead stages of the sales cycle from planning to closing support and implementation.
• Position HR Services as essential to solving client business challenges.
• Support pricing, packaging, and scoping within broader HCM deals.
• Coach sales reps on HR value propositions and market dynamics.
• Own HR Services performance metrics and pipeline; share insights.
