Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to drive new business with 20–99 employee companies. You will sell Paychex Flex and HR services, engage in outbound outreach, and guide business owners through a full sales cycle from discovery to closing.

The role emphasizes a consultative, advisory approach, with performance-based compensation and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional sales experience in B2B settings.
• 2+ years HCM industry experience preferred.
• Strong consultative, solution-based selling skills.
• Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline building ability.
• CRM software experience and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services to mid-market clients.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process from discovery to close.
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end.
