Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative, Major Accounts in a field-based role in the San Francisco area. You will sell cloud-based HR technology to mid-size companies, manage a full sales cycle, forecast pipeline, and leverage ADP’s broad product suite to drive new business.

You’ll operate across a geographic territory, collaborate with teams, and pursue advancement through ongoing sales training. The role offers competitive compensation with strong upside and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience is valued and the company supports veterans.

Responsibilities
