Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional in the United States to partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees). You’ll help them strengthen people operations and scale with confidence by selling Paychex Flex and HR services, while navigating a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, building a robust pipeline, and guiding business owners through a full sales cycle from discovery to close, with unlimited earning potential and growth

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry preferred.
• Strong prospecting mindset with outbound sales capability.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based conversations with business owners.
• CRM software experience and driving revenue through a structured sales process.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business by prospecting and gaining new logos within the assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Perform outbound activity to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead consultative conversations with owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage high-velocity sales with 1–2 call closes and full end-to-end process.
